Blissville church met in special council on Thursday, March 15, our older, Bro. John Markley, presiding and Eld. Hiram Forney assisting.  Letters were granted to Bro. Wm. Killian and wife. Our love feast is to be held Oct. 27, and the day for our Harvest Meeting was set for Aug. 11. A series of revival meetings, at the Oregon house, under the supervision of Bro. Hiram Forney, closed last week, the result being ten conversions.  Bro. Forney is to return April 8, to administer baptism on that day;; also to conduct a few more meetings. – Mrs. Wilda Botterff, R. Blissville church has granted the brethren and sisters of Center house and vicinity, the privilege of forming a separate organization. Eld. Eli Heestand, of Plymouth, and Elders Daniel Whitmer and Merle Whitmer, of North Liberty, were with us to assist in organizing, Eld. Heestand presiding.  Bro. George Swigart, of Roann, was chosen elder for one year, and new officers were also elected among then the following: Christian Workers’ president, Otis Gordon; Messenger correspondent. Sister Cora Miller.  Brethren Edward Stump and D. W. Titus were advanced to the second degree, and duly installed.  Sister Clyde Miller was installed as a deacon’s wife.  We decided to hold a love feast Sept. 22. – Mrs. Clyde Miller, Teegarden, Ind., April 2.

The Blissville church, Ind., has permitted the members of the Center house and vicinity to organize into a separate organization to be known as Center congregation.
